The bankruptcy administration of Dolores Promesas has signed the sale of the fashion brand, in bankruptcy proceedings since the end of 2020, to Niza, a women’s clothing firm, according to business sources consulted by EXPANSIÓN.
Nice is thus imposed on the offer of Kangaroos, a Castilian fashion company that a few years ago took over Caramelo, another banner that was also rescued from bankruptcy and that has been back in shop windows for a little over a year.
