Motocross Tim Gajser (Honda) has the Grand prix of Trentino in the MXGP class on his name. The Slovenian won after the first of the second series of on the track of Pietramurata and secured the GP win. The Belgians drew heavily disappoint in Italy. Julien Lieber (Kawasaki, 13th and 12th) was the best Belgian on the twelfth place, Jeremy Van Horebeek (Honda, 10th and contents) was seventeenth, Clément Desalle eighteenth (Kawasaki, 12th and contents).

The Italian world CHAMPIONSHIP leader Antonio Cairoli (KTM) was in both series, the second, the Frenchman Gautier Paulin (Yamaha) in both series third. The duo ended logically in two and three in the final bill. the
Gajser (175 pts) with this convincing victory gap on Cairoli (191 pts) in the battle for the world title was reduced to 16 points. Jeremy Van Horebeek was fifth with 113 points, Clement Desalle sixth with 112 points and Julien Lieber ninth with 79 points.
