“Mold and dirt found in cold storage at the nursery”
“At the control of a municipal kindergarten in the town of Eskilstuna took note of the municipal environmental protection bureau major deficiencies in the refuse disposal in the kitchen’s cold storage room where, among other things, kept vegetables and fruit, reports the Eskilstuna-kuriren.”
“During a visit to last year noted a an environmental inspector on the kitchen’s cold storage room was dirty. When the pre-school visited, a year later it was discovered the mold, cobwebs and a large hole in the door frame that constitutes the risk that pests can get through. Now requires the environment agency that the deficiencies are rectified.”
“– You cleaned it up after the first note, and it kept well for a while, but not long enough apparently. We have, as a rule, very high standard of hygiene in our kitchen and therefore I get a bit sad when something like this comes to light, said the municipal måltidschef Simone Saul to Eskilstuna-kuriren.”
