French bistrosatsning at Stureplan, signed celebrity chef Mathias Dahlgren. Perfectly cooked food, which does not offer any breathtaking surprises, which, together with the excellent service and welcoming environment is what is needed to create a restaurant that you want to come back to. A fyndhörna for food and wine lovers.

the Cosy Café Cuvée at Högbergsgatan make the most of it right. An open and inviting neighbourhood restaurant in red and green with French inspired blackboards on the walls. The cross-border meeting between France and Sweden is visible, of course, also on both the menu, wine list, and the menu takes its starting point in the now widespread mellanrättskonceptet. If they just fix to the background noise and adds a little bit more love on the desserts, they have all the potential to become a stammisställe.

Danyel Couets first own tavern is a neat update of the French cuisine. On the inside is Allegrine a lavish restaurant, with striking light fittings and a long, inviting bar counter facing the open köksregionen as food fairs promises French cooking, but without being a conservative French brasserie. Allegrine is definitely an option for anyone who is curious about a modern interpretation of French cuisine.
