Beveren On the R2 in Kallo happened Friday afternoon a remarkable accident at the height of the toll booths of the Liefkenshoektunnel. A van drove themselves to pieces on a concrete block between two lanes. The driver had something to be doubted a long time between the taking of two different toll booths.
The accident happened at about 13.15 hours. The driver of the van, owned by a firm specializing in scheepsherstellingen, drove in the direction of Stabroek. Just before the toll booths wanted the driver probably still change lane, but he made an error in judgment. The handling sessions cracked head on a concrete block.
