An australian man accuses his former colleague to fart on him up to six times per day.
David Stallion says to his colleague Greg Short would ‘lift up his butt and fart on him’.

He plaintiff, therefore, the company, where he was employed for 1.8 million australian dollars, equivalent to around 8.4 million Danish kroner.
But the court found that the man had been ‘bullied’.
David Stallion explained in court that the colleague’s behavior had given him tremendous stress.
He therefore chose to appeal the verdict, there is now even a trip in the right.
– I would sit with my face against the wall, and he would come into the room, which is a small room with no windows, and he would fart behind me and go. He did it five to six times a day, told David Stallion.
The accused said in the first place of the trial, that he believed he had been too much.
– I may have done it one or two times. But it was never to harass, should Greg Short have defended themselves in court.
David Stallion began to call his colleague ‘Mr. Stinky’ and would use the deodorant each time, there had been farting in the room.
In court he told passionate about, that he believed there was a conspiracy, where the goal was, that he should resign from his job in the company.
He also did not believe that he had received a fair trial and therefore he tries now his luck again.
