New York opens spectacular complex with apartments of up to 28 million euros

The brand new neighborhood of Hudson Yards in New York is open today. It is the largest and most expensive construction project in the history of the United States. The total construction costs are estimated at 22 billion euros (25 billion dollars). Most of the apartments are for the common man unaffordable, with prices up to 28 million euros (32 million dollars).
