The Federal court of justice has for the first time confirmed the conviction of a Speeder for the murder. In the specific case of a man in Hamburg had drunk and without a license a man was killed and two seriously injured.

The conviction of a Speeder from Hamburg for murder is final: two years Ago, the then 24-year-old offender had stolen a Taxi. He was drunk, had no driver’s license and drove off. A patrol car gave chase. With up to 155 km/h he sped through the night in Hamburg, the police hang out.

He lights ran over and drew the car to a three-lane roadway. At some point he lost control of the car and collided with at least 130 km/h head-on with a large taxi. A passenger died, the driver and a passenger survived with serious injuries.
