The route is an idea of Marc Van Mossevelde, a passionate hiker from Eddy’s birthplace Zelzate. “I played much longer with the idea,” says Van Mossevelde. “In my free time dotted I like to theme rides. Because I Marina Wally still know from the past, it seemed like a good idea to take a walk around her pa to build. When I saw her, the idea had been presented, she was surprisingly enthusiastic straight away.”
Between Ertvelde and Zelzate

There earned Eddy Wally at the beginning of his long career the cost. And then, of course there are still the culinary stops. “We really want to show who is Eddy Wally was and where he came from. A real man of the people”, says Van Mossevelde. “The culinary stops are a bonus. Via Marina I came across the lievelingsgerechten of Eddy to know. He was crazy about tomato soup with meatballs and dame blanche. Also a nice visgerechtje could always in. By the people while walking or cycling is also something delicious to offer, I hope to really stimulate all the senses.”
