Friday was Nicklas Bendtner a free man, and on Monday he was back to training in Rosenborg for the first time in 76 days.

He got 50 days in jail for violence, as he has been serving with fodlænke in Copenhagen, but they are now serving.

Bendtner was very happy to return to the team.

– I have completed the course, which now has been, and is really excited for the new season. I am looking forward very much to see the boys again and am looking forward very much to experience the new coaches. It has filled much of last season, but now there track of it all, he says in a video on the Royal Facebook page.

Then he explained how the 50 day the sentence is carried out.

I stood up and had eaten breakfast at home. So I am taken to the training as part of the preparation for the season. I have been in the six hours from Monday to Saturday. I have trained incredibly hard and focused. So when I come home, have the rules been such, that I only had to be inside. So it has been relatively easy to relate to, what you can and cannot do. The difficult part is that you don’t have the freedom.

– It is a punishment, and it must also feel. I do clearly also.

Bendtner has also worked to publish a book, but it’s going to take time, he says in the interview. If it is clear at the end of the year, so he’s happy.
