A traffic accident in the southern outskirts of Odense district of Vollsmose has late in the afternoon triggered a major politiudrykning.
The Police have chosen to close parts of the Åsumvej in both directions in connection with the investigation of the accident and a possible shooting incident’.
It confirms Charlotte Nyborg, communications officer in The Police.
– the More we can so far not come out, she explains and invites people in the area to show consideration towards other road users and the police officers, who are working around the junction of the Volsmose Avenue/Åsumvej.
There are no reports of casualties.
An eye-witness in the area tells that the police also have a hundepatrulje in Vollsmose.
