the Police got messages from at 11.38 Sunday from forbipassernde that a man has broken more windows up in the floors at the Radisson Blu Plaza in the middle of Oslo city centre.
On the ground floor outside the hotel is large amounts of glass from the broken panes. An area outside the building was blocked off. It is not the message that someone is injured.
The first messages to police came at 11.38 from people on the street who saw and heard what happened.
