The CSD in Berlin is one of the largest street parades in Europe, who fights for the rights of Gay, lesbian, Bisexual and transgender people. The first Berlin CSD was held on 30. June 1979. At that time the Motto of “Gay Pride was” and it went about 450 demonstrators on the street. In the past year, one Million people took part in the parade.
