According to the calculations of the experts, the country is threatened with a personnel shortage of unprecedented proportions. In contrast, the shortage of skilled workers, about which 87 percent of companies in Germany are currently complaining, is as exciting as a nap in a massage chair for 1,300 euros, which the former RBB director Patricia Schlesinger was advised to do, according to well-informed circles.

Because all consultants agree on one thing: “In the long run, the economy cannot survive on social media managers, influencers or content creators without consulting support.”
