The Cologne district court has spoken with a MAD officer. He was accused of, to have a contact person of the extreme right-wing officer Franco A. prior to the investigation, warned. The public Prosecutor announced an appeal.

The local court of Cologne has spoken to a Lieutenant-Colonel of the Military counterintelligence service (MAD) from the accusations of secret treason in the case of the extreme right-wing soldiers Franco A. free. The 43-Year-old had been accused of 2017 information about a RAID in the elite unit special forces command (KSK) in advance.
