The accident happened was on a straight piece of Heidestraat, and nota bene near a street lamp. The same day police were able to all of a 33-year-old man arrested on suspicion of the collision. It even went to a neighbor of the victim. The pieces to his car and the fibers of Dylan’s backpack and jeans on the bumper made it clear that he is in the collision was involved.
