The 56-year-old legendary bodybuilder Ronnie Coleman won in the course of his career ‘Mr Olympia’title eight times. For comparison, won the Arnold Schwarzenegger Mr Olympia’title seven times in the years 1970-1980.

Ronnie Coleman has, over the last few years lived in a true amazing because of the many injuries he sustained during his active career. He tells this to the podcast host Joe Rogan in a new interview. We talked about his incredible accomplishments in bodybuilding as well as the extreme physical struggles he’s been having over the last few years dealing with injuries he suffered from his insane training intensity. In the podcast ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’ tells Coleman that he only started training bodybuilding in order to get a free membership in a gym.

the Legend also tells us about his unusual diet, while he was at the pinnacle of his career.

– Six times a day I ate half a kilo of chicken along with a few decilitre rice. It is very difficult to eat on the way. I got up at night to eat, and so I lay down to sleep again, tells Ronnie Coleman.

Outside the season with the competitions could Ronnie Coleman weigh up to 150 kilos. But when he competed his weight down between 125 and 135 pounds. Ronnie Coleman says in the podcast that he had only 0.33 percent body fat when he competed.

This is the equivalent of Joe Rogan amazed:

– What? How is it even possible for a human to have so little body fat?

The intense workouts during his career has, however, later in life, claimed the lives of Ronnie Coleman expensive for helbreddet. The 56-year-old american has had serious problems with the back. He has undergone two hofteoperationer and can’t walk normally without pain. Therefore, he uses a wheelchair.
