The well-known jewellery designer Mai Manniche, who owns Jewlscph, has in recent days received so many negative reviews on Trustpilot, that she has taken to alternative means.

On his Facebook profile, she asks its followers to give her positive reviews on Jewlscphs page on Trustpilot.

‘HELP. Pga. shitstorm we’ve got a lot of 1* reviews on Trustpilot from haters who have never been in the vicinity of a piece of jewelry from me… I need Your help and would be deeply grateful for all who have the desire to help and make a positive review. Thank you in advance’, writes Mai Manniche on his Facebook profile.

But the call has now been the consequences for Mai Manniche and Jewlscph. To encourage its followers to give positive reviews is against Trustpilots guidelines.

– We have been made aware of the matter earlier in the day, and therefore, we have sent Jewlscph a warning. It is against our guidelines to influence its customers to write positive or negative reviews, informs Trustpilots the press office to Ekstra Bladet.

And it continues, then the matter can be transferred further in the system, and so it can ultimately have legal consequences, informs Trustpilot.

to Ekstra Bladet confirms Mai Manniche, that she has asked her followers to report her business positively. She, however, takes the warning from Trustpilot quite quiet.

‘It is true that we have asked our customers to make a review on Trustpilot. In other words, our real customers. It is very normal – it makes the majority of companies directly in their emails by an order. We are very interested in their feedback and can learn from them’, she writes in an email to Ekstra Bladet, and continues:

‘As you can see used Trustpilot also as the ‘pillory’, and it is clear that someone has called others to make shitstorm against us. It is obvious a lot of people who haven’T had a real shopping experience, but the so-called haters. They have never traded with us, and it amazes me that Trustpilot does not immediately remove these. On the way are concerned about the very untrustworthy’, she writes on to Ekstra Bladet.

Under the Mai Manncihes Facebook lookup has several of her followers also given to know that they have now given her five stars on Trustpilot.

At the moment, she’s current in the Beauty Bosses’ on Channel 4. In the program confronted Irina Olsen her with a rumor that the Seller has purchased thousands of followers. Mai Manniche refused and explained to the many new followers could be due to a cooperation with Fie Laursen, but the case has since then created much publicity in various media.

in Addition, Realityportalen recently revealed that Mai Manniche has not yet paid the 80,000 crowns, she has been ordered by the consumer complaints board to pay back to Cengiz Salvarli, which is known from ’the Family from Bryggen’, after he has bought an engagement ring from Jewlscph to Geggo, not lived up to the alleged value.

in Addition, is Mai Manniche, right now, in a bitter dispute with his former landlord on beach road, where she until recently had a store. The landlord believes that the Mai — And owes him money, while Mai Manniche is a completely different view. She believes instead that it is him that is intimidating and owes her money. The case may very well end up in court.

Ekstra Bladet has tried to get a comment from the Consumer council Think and the Consumer ombudsman in connection with the case, but it has at the present time not been possible.
