The City Council of Roquetas de Mar is now inviting applications for 14 positions. Most of these positions are internal competition for permanent labor staff personnel. However, there are four open competition positions for permanent labor employees as well as an opposition contest to a position as a collection manager and contest for a tax manager.
The four positions that are available for permanent labor personnel at the C2 level include electrical officer (1), mechanical officers (2), and heavy machinery officer (1). ESO, School Graduate or equivalent degree is required to be eligible for the call.
Candidates must pass three exams: a multiple-choice theoretical exam, a topical exam with topics to be developed, and a written exam on practical cases.
Participants interested in taking part can submit their applications within 20 business days after publication of the announcement in BOP of the Province, June 22. That is, from June 22 to July 20.
This term will also be used to describe the submission of applications for the vertical internal promotions competition that will cover 8 permanent C2-level positions. They include three officers from mobile parks/beaches, one deputy coordinator from Mayor’s Office and three supervisors of public works.
The requirements for this case are that you have been employed by the City Council with an E classification, at least two years’ seniority, and ESO, School Graduate, or equivalent. The competition phase will evaluate the merits and training and the opposition will include a multi-choice theoretical exam as well as a practical case.
A competitive examination will be used to determine the need for a career position as a collection manager at level C1. This is a job for civil servants. Candidates must be C1 career civil servants and in service for at least 2 years. They also need to have a Baccalaureate (or equivalent) qualification. The applicants will be evaluated in the same way as the previous one. They will be judged on their merits and performance in multiple choice exams.
Finally, an announcement was made requesting A1-level officials to take responsibility for tax management. It will be a contest where only the merits of the applicants will be considered. The application deadline is also reduced to 15 days starting June 23.
