TV Every week gauge we ‘BV watching TV to the viewing habits of a well-Known Flemish people. This week: VRT weatherman Bram Verbruggen (32).
“In the weekend, I see easily three to four hours per day. But really bingewatchen is rarely. We also have no subscription to Netflix or so. Recently my wife and I do have all ten seasons of ‘Friends’ doorgejaagd. But we are more than a year sweet went. My favorite ‘televisievriend’ is Ross Geller. Just the look of David Schwimmer I find great.”
“Documentaries and human interest”
“I love human interest as ‘Down the road’, ‘Columbus’ or ‘Slang’. The simpler a program, the more fascinating I often find. Also documentaries about mountains or climbing I find interesting. This summer we go to Slovenia. My wife is still not total agreement, but is intended to as the Triglav of 2.864 meters high to climb.”
“Rather Frank and Sabine”
“I watch a lot of prefer to Sabine or Frank to myself. Even after all these months I keep struggling with my own voice and way of doing things. Because according to the one viewer I move too much, according to the other, just not enough.”
“I candy for two”
“I can eat what I want without a gram to come. I candy for two. For the tube I make good time with chips, a coffee with a bokkenpootje or chocolate. In the past, I am even frowned upon during medical tests to be a pilot, because my Body Mass Index was too low. I was either too big, or too light. I am like a crazy start to eat, but without success. Alcohol I drink, but never much. Nothing is more satisfying than chillaxen with a Duvel, right? Or I pour myself a Drop of Hops, was voted ‘Best hobbybier of the Low Countries’. Beer I find to be ideal for after a busy day to decompress. Three or four glasses of drinking happens only at a party. I’m really a babbelkous.”
“cyclo-Cross from the beginning to the end”
“My heart is beating not for the football, but for cycling. Some courses I take, and then the last few miles to see. The cyclo-cross I view, however, from beginning to end. I jump also settled himself on the saddle. Langdorp is hilly, so ideal for mountain biking. If the weather is bad, spin I on our bike and I watch videos of training on YouTube. So I create my own digital bike industry.”
“Dutch”
“My guilty pleasure? The reportageprogramma ‘I’m leaving’, which Dutch their luck abroad, to the test. It is striking that they are almost always in the sand bite. That’s also the reason that my wife fails to like to look. When I was young, I also played with the idea to emigrate. But with the climbing of the years, that plan crumbled away. I used to be a real pigeon, now embrace I the words, ” nowhere better than home’.”
