Thursday morning we took the students out on a run, but the 17-year-old came from, because he supposedly had a bad feeling in the stomach.
– He is like the other awakened at seven o’clock in the morning, and makes ready to run. He tells that he has pain in the stomach and will be at home. About ten minutes after that, the other is during place, you can see on the surveillance that he is leaving the hotel, said Michael Mathiesen, chairman of the school board.
Since nobody has seen the young man, and according to the chairman of the board is that none of the students, who apparently have known why he went. But according to Helsingør Dagblad, the police have found the charger for a Nokia phone, which he had taken with. Allegedly to use the phone with a local sim card. It appears according to the media in a briefing to the members of the Elsinore city Council.
About 40 students from the school have been along for the ride, and approximately at 22.30 on Friday evening came the students home to Denmark.
They were picked up by the school bus, and then they were driven home to the school, where we stood ready with two psychologists from the municipality as well as an additional krisepsykolog. Of course, it has been some strange days for them, because they didn’t know if he would come back or not. All has now been picked up by their parents, which has been put into the situation of the school management, said Michael Mathiesen.
Already on Thursday were the local authorities contacted, and it was in this context that the police have found that the pupil left the hotel.
Two of the school’s staff has been in Manchester to assist the authorities, but they are now on the way back to Denmark, informs the chairman of the board.
