Indeed, Lyon should be the epicenter of the heat wave and temperatures could be around 38 degrees according to Météo-France forecasts. The Olympique Lyonnais – Montpellier match, initially scheduled for this Saturday at 5 p.m. at Groupama Stadium, has therefore been postponed by the LFP, due to the high temperatures. The meeting will start two hours later (at 7 p.m.). Lyon will be looking for their first success in Ligue 1 this season, after the defeat in Strasbourg (2-1). Just like Montpellier, who conceded a draw in the very last moments of their match against promoted Le Havrais (2-2).
