Aaron Ramsey and Nice, it’s over. Arrived free from Juventus Turin last summer, the 32-year-old Welsh international midfielder is released by the Aiglons, as we learn this Saturday. Separation “by mutual agreement”, we are assured. The former Arsenal and Rangers player won’t be without a club for long, however. He is committed to Cardiff, a Welsh Championship club (English D2), for the next two years. Cardiff is Ramsey’s training club. He left in 2008 to join the Gunners.

With the Gym, Aaron Ramsey will have played 34 matches, including 23 as a member of the starting line-up, with one goal and three assists.
