The only known public appearance of the IS-leader, was at the beginning of July 2014 in the North Iraqi of Mosul, where he had called on all Muslims to obey the “IS-Caliphate”. Since then, his group published at irregular intervals in the audio messages which will come from al-Baghdadi.
