Fuente Seca Street is where the house is located. It is attached to the Arab wall in Ubeda. This allows for heating and cooling to be reduced. It offers natural cold in the summer and heat during winter. It is a unique project that focuses on the preservation of an ancestral trade as well as a way to see things in a natural, artisanal and efficient manner. These awards have been praised for highlighting this fact, as well as the fact that it’s the first themed accommodation centered around crafts.

Melchor Tito received the 2020 Andalusian Craft Award of the Junta in the Quality in Promotion and Marketing category for his application of the traditions of his trade to create a new type of accommodation based around pottery. He also received the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Awards in Sustainable Development, which were presented by the Provincial Council of Jaen. These awards recognize innovative and sustainable development initiatives that are respecting the environment and contribute to local development. He was awarded it in the category business project.
