The price of new and used housing in Spain between April and June maintained the momentum experienced during the two previous quarters to stand at 1,685 euros/m2.

This is reflected in the Tinsa IMIE Mercados Locales statistics for the second quarter, which show an increase of 2.4% compared to the previous quarter and 8.2% in the last 12 months. The report shows a widespread dynamism in all geographies.
