CNN has hired New Orleans Saints’ Malcolm Jenkins as a commentator in issues of racism and social justice.
The outspoken NFL veteran will be with the from the studio in several of CNN’s broadcasts. It reports NBC Sports.
Jenkins has spent many years directing the ngo’s and support grassroots organizations to address the disparities in the american criminal justice system and the education system as well as the large gap between the rich and poor in society.
– I think that I can be a voice for other sportsaktivister and those who have dedicated their lives to changing laws, policies and reforms for equality between the people, says Malcolm Jenkins in a statement.

– Now, more than ever before, the public will need to be trained in those roles, including attorney general, police commissioner and city council, and how to keep these people accountable, especially through their voice and their right to vote.
