In an interview with the magazine Shape promises Hollywood star reveals how she has remained healthy during the coronakrisen.

Her sundhedsrutine has also changed during the crisis. Before she tried constantly to get the pressure small træningsmomenter in everywhere in everyday life and could only really relax in the weekend.

– Now that I have it completely different, I let my body fall asleep and awake in its natural rhythm, I have my children around me all the time, we eat meals together and have meaningful conversations. We will be hanging at the table, our dinners are an hour and a half long. My heart feels more whole, and my mind feels calmer in the sense, she says.

Although it has been difficult to cope with the physical training during the decommissioning, the 47-year-old Oscar-nominated actor tried to exercise as often as she could.

– I am trying to make exercises every day for my back and my neck because of all the Zoom-meetings, I have. My husband, Brad, and I take a walk at least three or four times a week. And so I’ve taken a lot of online lessons, she says and refers among other things to some different yoga classes.

Gwyneth Paltrow is married to director and producer Brad Falchuk, but have previously formed pairs with Coldplay frontman Chris Martin.
