A 36-year-old male social worker is on Tuesday at the Court in Randers, has been sentenced to six months in prison and deprived of the right to work as an educator in a period of time. The man has been convicted of having had sexual relations with two women, who he had worked with in his job.
The state reached by east Jutland Police in a press release.
the Man, who has constantly denied the guilty, appealed on the ground of its judgment.
The 36-year-old was in October 2018 charged with having had a sexual relationship with a 30-year-old woman, as he was the contact person for a psychiatric department in Randers. The two had sex several times over a period of a month.
the Relationship was discovered some time after it was completed, when the woman told about it to another employee. Since the matter was reported to the police, and the 36-year-old fired.

In this case it was about a 29-year-old woman. The man has now been convicted of having had sex with the woman several times in the course of ascension day and the weekend after.

The 36-year-old has not been convicted for having forced any of the two women for something. In both cases he has been convicted of having broken the law, that employees in the group must not have a sexual relationship with a resident.
In the latter case, he was also convicted of having made use of the woman’s mental state.
In all, the man has been deprived of the right to work as an educator in four years.
Prosecutor Anna Truelsen says that it was important with the judgment even though there has been no coercion.
– Though he has forced women to anything so it is a serious matter to abuse the confidence which both the relatives and the society have to pass well to particularly vulnerable citizens, says Anna Truelsen.
