The Supreme court in Italy has overturned the verdict against two bosses of the Mrs fields Mafia cell. According to the judgment of the court of Cassation in Rome must address the lower court with the case, as the “Sunday glance” reports. The two bosses of the Swiss cell had been in the first instance to heavy imprisonment, and the second increased to twelve and 14 years in prison.
In their judgment, the Roman judge refused to further delay and ordered the immediate release of the men. According to their lawyers, the judges evaluated all of the evidence submitted for their membership in the women’s fields Mafia-cell is insufficient. The lawyers had spoken in the appeal of a “breastfeeding Mafia”, an organization that the user is no intimidating or blackmailing methods. The new ruling could also have an impact on the ongoing proceedings against other members of the women’s fields cell. Only in the spring, nine members were sentenced to between ten and 13 years.
