Information is based on people themselves to provide notice of working hours in the labour force survey. Data refer to persons aged 15 to 74 years of age, permanently resident in Finland on the population and the main job.
Kiky-the contract is the summer of 2016 entered into a collective agreement, which was intended to improve Finland’s economic competitiveness and employment. It includes, inter alia, wage freeze, increased working time, holiday pay cuts and employers ‘ contributions reduction. The agreement was intended to extend the working time hours, but the effect was finally reduced to half an hour.
