In the night on today, the UPC parent company Liberty Global announced that, once again, the conversation with the Board of Directors of Sunrise and the largest Sunrise-a shareholder in Freenet are looking for.
On Tuesday, Sunrise had terminated the purchase agreement with Liberty Global’s one-sided. The multi-month takeover battle to UPC is for the time being, over.
