Sandoz takes over the Japanese business of Aspen Global Incorporated (AGI). The generics subsidiary of Novartis paid up to 400 million euros. AGI was a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aspen Pharmacare Holdings Limited, informed Sandoz on Monday.
