2014 began Bert Karlsson’s flyktingbolag Jokarjo rent a parish house of the word of Life property. The purpose was to rent the venue, which is located north of Uppsala, and later grant it to the Swedish migration board refugee residents.
A year later, it was said the lease is up and the room began to be rented out to one of the Jokarjos competitors. – The other company moved suddenly into the room and then we had left our things there, we had a good relationship with those who run the parish hall, but when the new company came into the picture it became a different matter, he says to DN.
In the judgment, writing Jokarjo that the parties negotiated for continued collaboration in the premises, in June 2015. In addition, keys to the accommodation have been missing when Jokarjo would move. Therefore changed the Word of Life out of the lock which they want compensation for. According to them, it must have been a threat from Bert Karlsson which made låsbytet necessary. “We had disputes about the agreement and were stupid that was not appealed to the Administrative court, in this case, we had won I’m sure, but we had damn much to do and did not,” he says.
after the lease is terminated as decided the Word of Life to clean the premises on your own. The reason was that a bus with refugees would arrive to the parish hall just a few days afterwards.
Bert Karlsson’s company, are judged now to pay over 800,000 crowns to the Word of Life property. In addition, 394.000 sek is paid in legal costs for the opposing party. However, they won’t have to pay compensation for defects in the moving cleaning, apart from slitagedelen.
“We will take up the matter with the Swedish migration board, we will have meetings,” says Bert Karlsson.
