In the Japanese city of Otsu, not far from Osaka, is a car after a collision with an other car drove into a group of children from a crèche at a traffic light waiting to cross. In addition, according to the authoritative newspaper Asahi Shimbun two toddlers were killed.
Two children have been seriously injured and are outside consciousness. Thirteen toddlers, and two employees of the nursery are to the hospital. The fatalities and injured victims are two or three years old, according to the newspaper.
