Blood is not always thicker than water, and søskendekærlighed was replaced by uncontrollable anger and violence, when a 31-year-old man went berserk on its own 39-year-old sister for barely three months ago. The violent attack happened as a result of a ‘familial uoverénsstemmelse’ in a house on Vibevej in Grenaa with a female witness.

The 31-year-old man was arrested on 22. January 2019, after that the east Jutland Police a few hours previously received a notification from the emergency room in Randers, where the 31-year-older sister had been hospitalized. She had suffered a minor brain hemorrhage, broken nose, broken teeth in both over – and undermund and blodunderløbne marks on the neck and face.

It writes the east Jutland Police in a press release Monday.

– It is a technicality, but no, it was not her sister, who notified his brother. The staff in the emergency department assessed that the damage to the woman was so violent that they called the police, who then investigated the matter. One can hence not exclude the possibility that the woman herself would have reviewed the incident later, said prosecutor Jacob Ghent, east Jutland Police, to Ekstra Bladet.

It has not been possible to get the deepened, what the ‘family uoverénsstemmelse’ went out on, which could cause serious violence against the 39-year-old woman.

the Day after his arrest, the 23. January, the 31-year-old younger brother produced in grundlovsforhør and remanded in custody.

The 31-year-olds who have not been convicted, was sentenced by the violent assault on his sister to have granted her several slap in the face, stranglehold, and know of a several-meter run to have granted her a very sharp kick in the face, by which she lost consciousness.

the Court of Randers put weight on the injury, as the 39-year-old sister had been inflicted, and that the 31-year-old had not previously been convicted, and that the violence was exercised after a certain discrepancy between the 31-year-old and his sister, according to the press release.

There was, according to the prosecutor, Jacob, Gents more witnesses with family relationships present when the attack happened. The prosecutor does not want to say more than that about who the family witnesses were, who witnessed the unusual serious assault.

The 31-year-old refused guilty in the charges, but received the verdict.
