On Wednesday drew near, morning at twenty to eleven Hertha BSC another piece of normality. In this Moment, Peter Pekarik, Valentino Lazaro, and Ondrej Duda substitute on the Olympic site to the square and joined the Rest of the team. Until then, they had completed an individual program with a few extra runs to come in about the same condition as their colleagues. Everyone does their own thing – that was back in the days of the normal state at Hertha BSC. Or, to sum it up in one word: countries game break.
For Pal Dardai, the coach of the German soccer Bundesliga, are not these circumstances. The players are returning in DRIBs and drabs from their national teams, a concrete preparation for the next round in the Bundesliga is only possible to a limited extent. “I’m going to use the nie as an excuse that we couldn’t train together,” says Dardai. But as extreme as in this and in the last week, it was for him probably never. His squad and 14 A and Junior national players were overall with their national teams on the go, Rune Jarstein, Vladimir Darida, Arne Maier, Maximilian Mittelstädt and Luke Klünter even on Tuesday.
As Dardai was asked on Thursday a week ago, whether the team training day on the court, shrugged he shoulders. “There is anyway no,” he replied and put a unit in the weight room. His team had just lost in the Amateur stadium and the test match against the second division side Holstein Kiel with 1:3. The desired effect, to give the Replacements a bit of match practice, had been set up. Dardai were only six field players from the senior squad available for his team-he had to fill up with reservists from the U 23. “For us, it’s stupid,” says the Hungarian.
The two international matches of the German national team he watched on television, the surprising victory of Hungary against the world Vice-champion of Croatia, he was in Budapest at the stadium, and their first qualification game, the 1:2-defeat against Slovakia, followed Dardai on the TV – with mixed feelings. As a former Hungarian national team coach he didn’t like the result, of course, particularly, on the other hand, the game turned out as “good for Hertha”. Peter Pekarik he had not seen for a long time as well as in this encounter, said Dardai, and Ondrej Duda have made a beautiful goal.
So it looks in the ideal case. The games with the national team “are always a new Motivation,” says Dardai. “You come back with a good mood.” This time it was different: “Unfortunately, a lot of players have lost one of us.” The negative experiences outweighed: Dennis Jastrzembski missed with the German U-19 qualifying for the European championship. Valentino Lazaro cashed in Israel, a 2:4-defeat, and Darida lost with Czech Republic 0:5 against England. “You probably want to show now on the weekend,” says Dardai. “That’s not bad.”
Darida has fought just close again
Vladimir Darida will do that definitely, if Hertha on Saturday evening with a lawn ball sport Leipzig plays. He was on Tuesday, in a test game against Brazil, after an hour of replacing with a suspected torn thigh muscle. The midfielder had fought just back after a similar injury to the crew, “he took part in the Training very well,” says Dardai, the Daridas trip to the national team therefore expressly welcomed. Two inserts 60, 70 minutes would have been good for the next step. “Now, it was probably, unfortunately, a bit too much.”
