The US Department of defense has released a billion dollars for the President, Donald Trump wanted to build a border wall to Mexico. The Executive Minister of defense Patrick Shanahan announced on Monday. With the money a 91-kilometre long wall is to be built in section in the Region of El Paso in the state of Texas, said Shanahan. A request to the homeland security have asked the Ministry.
The US Congress had denied to Trump the billion for the construction of the controversial border wall. The President called it in the middle of February the state of emergency. This allows him to get the wall-billion from existing state posts.
Trumps first Veto
the dispute over the funds was previously triggered on the turn of the Year over a five-week Budget lock-up and a partial closure of the U.S. authorities – it was the longest Shutdown in U.S. history.
