In the Democratic Republic of the Congo are at least 11 people have died after a school by the lightning was hit. That have the local authorities notified. It involves, among others, seven students and a teacher. Five people were injured and were for care to the hospital.

The town of Kikwit in the south-west of the country, it was Friday night rocked by a lightning storm. There was no rain, but the lightning struck at a classroom at a local school, after which the doors to fire shots. That says mayor Leonard Mutandu to the German news agency dpa.
