Brenton Tarrant, who is suspected to have transformed two mosques in Christchurch in New Zealand to a bloodbath, sent shortly before the massacre a manifesto to the country’s prime minister, Jacinda Ardern.
It confirms the ministry according to the New Zealand Herald.
