to be Running in Berlin – at least in the daily mirror! For eight weeks, the running group from the daily mirror-Newsletter “Checkpoint” their rounds through Berlin, always in search of new routes and secret green spots in the city. On Saturday it goes on, this Time by the Görlitzer Park and the Spree river and Treptower Park. Run, as always, into two groups (six and twelve kilometres). For the first time athletics coach Natalie from the SCC will be a professional warm-up training, as well as a small run-ABC.
the meeting point is at 11 am at the entrance to Görlitzer Park, in the Skalitzer Straße. For a change of clothes, we bring to the daily mirror Twingo with, and as a small incentive after the run, hot spring and barrel shower. With run you and you will be part of Team daily mirror! Tsp
