” We brew most of our beer in the Valleys, and ninety per cent of the barley comes from Swedish farmers. The demand for organic beer is great and one of the challenges has been the lack of raw materials. Therefore, we work closely with our suppliers and farmers, and by writing long-term contracts, we create financial security. We are working to be able to become a fossil-fuel-free activities and has invested in a biofuel plant where we use the residue dregs from ölbryggningen.
