the 45-year-old Django David Levakovic is for the third time, been convicted of violating his ban.

He was in total sentenced to a year in prison for five conditions. A robbery, violation of the entry ban to be in possession of a knife, to give the wrong social security number to the police upon arrest and to be in possession of narcotic substances.

It struck the judge firmly in the Copenhagen city court on Thursday.

– It is typical of you! You judge me always out of tune. You will just judge me, because I am a Levakovic!, disconnect Django Levakovic the judge, while she is reading the reasons for judgment high.

He gets up from the chair in the middle of the courtroom and goes towards the referee, but gets stopped by the three officers who were present during the whole trial, and brought out from the room.

After speaking with his lawyer, and they once again returned to their seats, tells the lawyer that his client receives the judgment.

Django Levakovic had otherwise been quiet, with folded hands, while the indictment was read out, during his own explanation, and while the two witnesses gave their side of the cases.

He was spotted and arrested by a police patrol on the stofindtagelsesrummet H17 halmtorvet in Vesterbro in Copenhagen 21. January.

In the indictment, it was submitted that he was in possession of a knife. A knife he uses to cut the apples and pears with on account of diabetes, explained the Django Levakovic.

When he gets arrested, he will give in the first place not his own identity number to the police, but rather asocial in his brother above everything else. In addition, he had 5,47 grams of hashish and 1.01 grams of ketamine.

Django Levakovic has also been convicted of a robbery that took place at a gas station 18. december 2018. Here he went out of the store with two cartons of cigarettes under their clothes, after he had got the clerk to give him them.

He was remanded in Dommervagten in Copenhagen 22. January of this year.

In Dommervagten acknowledged Django Levakovic blankly, he yet again violated the ban. He explained that his mother is sick, why he travels to Denmark to visit her.

the First time he was arrested for violating the ban was 16. February 2017, and the second time was 19. July of last year.

It is not known how long he in this place has stayed in Denmark.

He was deported to Croatia, when he had finished serving a five-year sentence for a hjemmerøveri against an ailing 77-year-old man in Kastrup.

Hjemmerøveriet happened in the aftermath of, to him and his brother Stefano Levakovic had stolen the 77-year-olds purse with 2000 dollars and 100 euro outside of a kiosk. Then they knew where he lived.

Both the Copenhagen city Court and the Eastern high Court convicted the brothers for hjemmerøveri and showed both forever. Django Levakovic appealed to the Supreme court, which upheld the expulsion, while Stefano Levakovic abandoned his appeal and was sent to Croatia.

the Supreme court stated that Django Levakovic should be deported regardless of whether he is born and raised in Denmark and has his mother and his siblings here.
