Herent In the public mailbox for the town of Herent was Monday morning a suspicious white powder found. It was a postman who found when he came to the mailbox came up empty.
The postman, and three agents came into contact with the powder, and for all safety in quarantine. For security reasons, by the Leuven fire brigade a large perimeter set and the Spoorwegstraat in both directions closed to all traffic at the height of the town hall. A detour is provided via the Leo Meulemansstraat and the Road. The one-way traffic in the Roadway is therefore temporarily lifted. Yesterday would be the scouts played a game with white powder in the vicinity of the mailbox. Or that actually is the cause, is not yet clear.
