The health Commission of the Grand chamber rejected a parliamentary Initiative by Mathias Reynard (SP/VS), the wanted have recognised the Burn-out syndrome as an occupational disease. The decision was taken with a 17 to 7 vote, as the parliamentary services announced on Friday.
The majority is of the opinion that Burn-out diseases often of doubt could be to the professional activity. More important than a new jurisdiction in the case of accident insurance the already ongoing programmes in the private sector for the prevention of Burn-out.
In recent years, an increase in the Burn-out was reported cases, argued Reynard. The health insurance is considered such as Depression, which reduce the number of cases in which the insurance companies take the cost. With the recognition of burnout as an occupational disease, you could take into account the clinical picture better, is Reynard convinced. (fal/sda)
