Heerenveen Player Bochniewicz in Preliminary Selection of Dutch Opponent Poland
Bondscoach Michał Probierz has announced the preliminary European Championship squad of Poland, who will be the first opponent of the Netherlands in the upcoming tournament in Germany. Out of the 29 names revealed, three will be dropped before the start of the competition.
sc Heerenveen defender Pawel Bochniewicz is one of the standout names in Poland’s squad. Having only played three international matches, with the most recent being a Euro qualifier against the Czech Republic in November 2023, Bochniewicz has caught the attention of the national team coach.

However, Aston Villa player Matty Cash, the English-born player who has been representing Poland since 2021, has not made it to the preliminary squad due to fitness issues.
