the COPENHAGEN city COURT (Ekstra Bladet): Loyal to Familia have been involved in at least three armed conflicts with 17 injured, and five killed. 363 out of the gang 372 members are penalized, and 15 of them have been sentenced to total of 127 years in prison.

It is the prosecution’s assertion in the matter of the dissolution of the gang, which has been provisionally banned since 4. september of last year.

Now, it must be determined whether, with the constitution in hand, can dissolve the gang, and it matters to one judge and two lay judges in the Copenhagen city Court take a position.

– Loyal to Familia are an association that has a violent and criminal behaviour of such serious nature that immediate action should be taken, the chief prosecutor, Ida Sørensen, Copenhagen Police, said of the gang in connection with the temporary ban.

At the start of proceedings on Wednesday, it emerged that Police in connection with the prohibition has been running an independent investigation against the gang.

In the course of the case the prosecution will present a comprehensive evidence which, among other things, to demonstrate that the gang is an association according to section 78 and achieves its goals with violence – one of the central themes and something the gang’s defense lawyer, Michael Juul Eriksen, contests.

He believes that it is a political wish that the proceedings are being conducted, and revealed to the court during the proceedings have said no to, that the police had to intercept the gang members.

He also felt that it is a problem, there has been introduced a change in the law since the temporary ban, which makes it possible for the police to lead the so-called ’tilfældighedsfund’ as evidence in the case.

On the førstedag it emerged that the police has found medlemskartoteker and an organizational chart of the gang.

At a party, where the gang celebrated the opening of a branch in Malmö, the police has also registered 162 members with sweaters that showed the members title, rank and affiliation. Receipts that show deposits of over a million dollars to the imprisoned members, are also included in the evidence against the gang.
