“I think we did our best today. We had good pace and we were just unlucky with the timing of the safety car. Without that, I really think we would have been in a good position to fight up front. With today’s strategy it was really important not to make mistakes. In the end, I was able to have fun catching up with the medium tires. For now, the goal is to win next weekend in Japan. Everything has to be perfect to win all the races over a season, I knew that this day (where Red Bull wouldn’t win, editor’s note) would come and that suits me too. Everyone sees how dominant we can be but we don’t realize how difficult it is.
