In an interview with L’Equipe retracing the best moments of his career, the former Parisian Pierre Ducrocq trashed the former Manchester United player, the Irishman Roy Keane, known and reputed to be a “bad boy”.
Ducrocq, who also spent his career with the English club Derby County (2001-2002), has not forgotten the duels with the Mancunian. When L’Equipe asked him the nastiest player he faced, the name of Roy Keane was obvious to the former PSG player: “He kills my ankle and there’s not even a ‘sorry », he doesn’t care, regrets the one who ended his career in Greece, in Kavala, in 2011. After the break, my ankle is not well, Keane knows it and continues to provoke me. You feel like he’s a real asshole, that he likes to hurt.”
Having become a consultant for Sky Sports, Roy Keane has not changed. The Irishman was involved in an altercation on September 3 with an Arsenal supporter and former Manchester City player Micah Richards on the sidelines of the Premier League match between the Gunners and Manchester United.
