Why not surprise with cupcakes for breakfast?
With baking powder instead of yeast go, these muffins also quick to bake.

Frukostmuffins with oats and sorghum

About 30 pancakes

1 cans cooked white beans (380 g, drained weight approx 230 g)

6 dl sour milk(3%)

4 dl oat flakes (140g)

2 dl durramjöl (100g)

bonus veren siteler 4 tablespoons of psyllium husk

4 tsp baking powder

2 tsp salt

100 g cold butter

oatmeal to sprinkle over the

follow these steps:

preheat the oven to 225 degrees.

Pour the broth, rinse and let the beans drain well.

Mix the beans smooth with buttermilk.

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the butter pieces and pinch together to form a crumbly dough. Stir in bönfilen, whisk quickly together to form a loose dough.

Let the dough swell for about 5 minutes.

Shape into 30 buns and place them in small muffin cups or directly on the two bakplåtspappersklädda plates. Sprinkle with a little oatmeal.

Bake in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes. Let cool on a rack.

Tip!

Shape frallorna to the elongated lengths when they are baked out instead. Sprinkle sesame seeds over. Perfect rapid or hot dog.
